These are our invited speakers for the upcoming ICoBioSFS.
The International Conference on Circular Bioeconomy and Smart Food Systems (ICoBioSFS) is an international scientific forum that provides a dynamic platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and emerging scholars to share knowledge and disseminate innovative research in advancing sustainable and resilient food systems.
Under the theme “Circular Bioeconomy and Smart Food Systems for Sustainable and Resilient Futures,” the conference underscores the critical role of science and technology in transforming global food production toward greater sustainability, efficiency, and resilience. ICoBioSFS welcomes original research articles, review papers, and case studies addressing innovations in circular and blue bioeconomy, sustainable animal and aquaculture systems, green food processing and waste valorization, smart and digital food networks, and climate-resilient food production.

Encompassing research and technological advancements in circular bioeconomy principles, including biomass valorization, bio-based materials, waste-to-value strategies, resource recovery systems, and sustainable utilization of terrestrial and aquatic biological resources to support regenerative and low-impact food systems.
Covering fundamental and applied research in animal biosciences and aquaculture, including nutrition, reproduction, health management, genetics, production systems, and sustainable farming innovations that enhance productivity, welfare, and environmental responsibility.
Addressing both fundamental and applied aspects of food science and technology, including food chemistry, food microbiology, postharvest technology, processing innovation, product development, functional foods, food safety, sustainable processing, and strategies for reducing food loss and waste.
Including fundamental and applied research in biotechnology such as microbial and industrial biotechnology, fermentation technology, bioprocess engineering, molecular applications, bio-based product development, and biological innovations supporting sustainable food and agricultural systems.
