Her research focuses on the genetic engineering of biological resources, feed fermentation technologies, and urban farming systems to support sustainable food security and environmental sustainability. Through her contributions to research, education, and community engagement, she continues to advance innovative, science-based solutions for sustainable food production and biological resource management.

Center for Biosciences Research and Education, Utsunomiya University, Japan
A researcher and aquaculture scientist with a PhD in Aquaculture Science, specializing in fish endocrinology, aquatic toxicology, reproductive physiology, genome editing, and environmental science. His research focuses on endocrine regulation, aquatic pollutants, reproductive biology, and molecular approaches to enhance aquatic animal health and sustainable aquaculture. Through interdisciplinary research integrating physiology, biotechnology, and environmental monitoring, he continues to develop innovative solutions for sustainable aquaculture production and aquatic resource management.

A Postdoctoral Research Fellow at National Taiwan University with expertise in proteomics, mass spectrometry, functional foods, nutraceuticals, and natural product research.
