Paper Submission
Follow the steps below to submit your manuscript to ICoBioSFS 2026.
1. Prepare Your Manuscript
Use the official ICoBioSFS Word template. Follow the editorial guidelines closely.
2. Submit via Conference Portal
Submit your manuscript through the ICoBioSFS online submission system (UNESA Proceeding Portal).
3. Peer Review
Double-blind review by at least one independent scientific committee member with domain expertise.
4. Revision and Acceptance
Authors receive reviewer feedback and a decision (accept/minor revision/major revision/reject).
5. Camera-Ready Submission
Accepted authors upload the final camera-ready manuscript and sign the Publication Right Form.
6. Quality & Plagiarism Check
Similarity screening (≤ 25%) via Turnitin/iThenticate, format verification, and language editing.
7. Publication & DOI Assignment
Papers published in BIO Web of Conferences (Scopus-indexed) with individual DOIs. Available online within 6–8 weeks of final submission.
